Exciting opportunity for a Customer Engagement Product Owner with a passion for CRM to join this Arts & Heritage Organisation!
Our client represents some of London's most iconic heritage tourist attractions.
The purpose of this role is to act as the business lead in the ongoing development of Customer Engagement platforms and processes, to deliver an optimised internal user experience and best in class customer experience.
1. Translate internal and external customer problems and unmet needs into epics and stories and manage and maintain the product backlog.
2. Working with the Technical Project Manager/s, develop and own the prioritised roadmap of customer engagement systems development and drive the day to day product development delivery
3. Be responsible for reporting on the product delivery, including setting up reporting requirements to analyse, review and optimise the product delivery.
4. Direct line management and development of a Product Executive.
In this role you will work with the Head of Customer Engagement to develop the product vision for Customer Engagement platforms and processes, in line with the Customer Engagement vision and strategy and prioritise product delivery.
You may already be a Product Owner or a CRM professional with a deep interest in developing your skills further in product development. The role is based in SW London with an immediate start.
