Senior Digital, CRM and Loyalty expert needed to lead performance marketing, digital and CRM team in central London.

THE COMPANY


This travel company has recently launched itself in the market providing clean, safe, reliable UK travel with the backing of a large well known business. It's a great time to join as they are building a new marketing team - and this is a new role - so you'll really be able to make your mark.

THE ROLE


Reporting to the Marketing Director, you'll manage CRM, performance and digital marketing channels (outside of owned platforms) to influencing customer behaviour, drive digital traffic and increase revenue. Specifically:

Digital strategy: develop and deliver one digital strategy, which integrates all digital channels (outside of owned digital platforms) and connects the digital customer journey seamlessly
Digital Communications: evolve and optimise the performance media plan including PPC and display
CRM: build improved customer relationships, retain customers, grow sales and attract new customers through effective planning and implementation of creative/content and data strategies
Loyalty: lead and manage a programme of work to influence customer and prospect behaviour to achieve sales growth. Own and lead the evolution of loyalty programmes, improving customer and business benefit
Team leadership: you'll be leading a team of seven CRM, loyalty and digital colleagues

To be shortlisted for this role:

You'll have proven experience of leading a significant CRM change programme, implementing new software/tools, instigating changes in ways of working and developing new targeted initiatives to drive customer behaviour change.

You'll have proven experience in driving and exceeding revenue benefits in direct relation to business cases.

You'll be able to provide working examples of a time where you've bought a fresh perspective and thinking to address the challenge of creating customer loyalty/advocacy.

You'll have demonstrable experience of leading teams, budgets and agencies.
