THE ROLE


The global creative team is based in Lucerne (and Geneva). It is an entrepreneurial and quick-acting environment - responsive to great ideas and change. The brand sits between academia and travel...if you are open to relocate and a true crafts-person in terms of the digital product design space, this is a great opportunity to do fun and beautiful work.

The talented and inspired creative team is focused on creating best in class digital work. The studio is in an awesome location and Switzerland offers a good quality of life (2nd best in the world apparently). The opportunity is one in a million in design opportunity terms but also if you like fresh air, mountain climbing, lake swimming and skiing that's got to be a bonus.

The salary band in Swiss francs is 150-180K, plus relocation package etc. Opportunity to travel in the role and to relocate to an international office if you are interested.



YOU


As Digital Art Director working in a top studio or brand you will have a folio that shows insightful and innovative digital work. As a person you will want to make magic happen - sometimes delighting with small design changes and insights, sometimes pushing the envelope and creating new.

This is not the role for a digital advertising/campaign art director. More product focused your work will contribute to enhancing the brand's visual expression across various digital platforms.

You will be someone that is very detail oriented and never leaves anything to chance. Someone who truly understands visual, interaction design and UX, who dares to push the envelope and come up with new amazing ideas.

Proven art direction experience and leadership skill
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Ability to work across digital platforms
Self-motivated
Good communication skills
Ability to give and receive work critiques
Experience managing design teams

Proactive, able to work independently
Thorough and meticulous attention to detail
Enthusiastic and positive approach to resolving challenges
Confidence to question
Able to adapt
A commitment to see projects through from inception to completion
