My client is great forward thinking, dynamic FS brand, looking for a senior communications professional with customer comms experience, in life cycle and regulatory. It's a B2B role needing someone with gravitas, able to lead a team, great stakeholder engagement skills and someone who is credible, articulate and persuasive.
The Customer Communications Lead will manage the customer communication process for Europe and manage the team to deliver customer centric communication in the right channel, at the right time with the right message.
The successful Customer Communications Lead must have customer communications life cycle experience as they will develop and execute the customer life cycle strategy. They will also be responsible for business wide engagement to ensure the customer communication process is understood and adhered to, and build strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
Their expertise on customer communication strategy and execution will be in demand and they will manage the communications calendar for all channels in EU.
If you have a proven track record of customer communication strategy and execution, ideally both lifecycle and regulatory, and are able to create high quality content to meet business objectives, this role could be for you.
You must be:
· Highly organised and capable of multi-tasking
· An excellent communicator, good at articulating and presenting in a concise manner to ensure clarity
· Self-motivated and ability to work within a cross functional global team
· Able to thrive in a fast moving, high pressure work environment
· Able to lead and mentor a team.
