£40,000 - £45,000 per annum
The Business Development Manager will lead new business and win new accounts for the agency - within the world of premiums and promotional merchandise.
Our Client is one of the longest established premium sourcing and promotional merchandise supply companies in London and now with activity in other countries as well.
From idea generation and design briefs, they work closely with their clients, in a broad range of sectors - from health and beauty to charity and publishing, to produce the very best promotional items.
Reporting to the CEO, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for prospecting and developing new or lapsed accounts.
In order to meet targets relating to turnover, profit and margins, the BDM will compile a schedule of meetings and calls to help achieve the goals.
Once new Clients are on board, the BDM will manage the initial front end Client relationship, before handing over to the Account Management division in the agency.
To be considered for this role, our Client is looking for:
- A min of 4 years in the premium sourcing and promotional gift industry.
- Excellent communication skills - presentations - written and verbal.
- Brilliant Client servicing - know how to look after your Clients and understand their business objectives.
- Team player - work well with specialist internal teams at agency, to generate the best results.
