Manchester calling! London agency seeks AD with solid CRM for key role at their shiny new Manchester office.
Our client is a future-focused creative agency whose mission is to bring together creativity, technology and data in new, exciting and effective ways.
With the HQ in London, they are further developing their new model of locating mini offices in their key Clients offices; in this instance - Manchester's newly developed, Surrey Quays.
What a cracking role for a well established CRM Account Director.
Working to a newly hired CSD, the AD will be servicing an innovative telcos Client who are moving their HQ to media city in Manchester, the AD will be their day to day contact.
The CRM activity will include:
Customer Comms- welcome journeys, up sells, cross sells, product specific journeys, value statements. Both on and offline.
To be considered for this role, our Client is looking for:
- An agency AD who most definitely wants to work in Manchester! You might be based there already or looking to relocate to!
- An agency AD with excellent CRM experience and who is used to working as part of an integrated environment - you will have worked on CRM programmes as part of an integrated comms mix.
- An agency AD who can analyse data when necessary, alongside the data strategist.
- An agency AD who wants to make a real impression - as this is a newly formed regional office, its a fabulous opportunity to be one of the founding gang, helping form the culture and personality of the new set up.
