Our client is an award-winning, independent media agency based in London. They started out working with not-for-profit clients and have maintained this loyal pool, whilst expanding into FMCG, Auto, Hospitality and more.
At the core, they are a media agency, but specialise in strategy, consultancy, and data analytics.

This senior strategist role will report directly into the Head Of Planning and will be a key component of the strategy team from day one.
The diverse client portfolio will see you working with a mixture of leading not-for-profit and commercial advertisers, as well as feeding into the different areas of team focus - Client Strategy, New Business, Trends/Best Practice, insight and Consultancy.
You will need to think strategically to help define the client challenges and identify the insights to help them get to the answers in order to then craft strategies that will lead to media planning actions.
You will be the main day-to-day strategic lead on accounts and will need to have the experience and skills to be the lead strategist on new business pitches.
Given the requirement for the Strategy Team to proactively lead on external thought pieces, award entries and new business outreach, you will be a confident writer.
This role is within a strategy team of 4 and you will have a Strategist direct report to lean on for support and mentor.
You are expected in the office a minimum of 5 days a month and the rest will be remote working.
To be a successful candidate you will have the following:
- Circa 5-7 years experience in the industry.
- Previous new business and pitching experience.
- Strong client relationship building skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical ability.
- A good level of Excel and Powerpoint expertise.

- TGI/ Touchpoints (IMS)
- AdDynamix/ Ad Intel
- Google Analytics
- Social listening tools (e.g Netbase Quid).
