Senior Product Manager

Salary: £60,000 - £63,000 per annum Location: South East England,Berkshire Job Type: Permanent

Our client is a household name DYI brand and they're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join their team.   

It's a permanent role paying around £60,000 with great benefits.   The office is near Reading, Berkshire and they ask people to go in three days a week.
  
This is a classic product management role covering NPD, product lifecycle, innovation, portfolio management, margin enhancement, pricing, packaging and insights.  

The role reports into the Head of Product and has two direct reports so experience managing teams is essential.   Ideally, you'll have knowledge of/interest in DYI products but a background in consumer goods is a must.  Audiences include consumers and trade customers.
  
It's a wide ranging role and you'll be the go to person for all things related to the portfolio but you'll also be supported by great colleagues across the company including R&D, brand comms, marketing and sales.

There will be about 10% travel in this role.
