Creative Marketing Manager needed to drive ABM programmes & targeted initiatives that influence pipeline conversion.

THE ROLE

Working closely with the CMO, the successful candidate will strategise annual and quarterly plans, aligned to the corporate objectives, and tactically manage leads and build marketing plans consisting of multi-touch, multi-dimensional programmes, including both inbound and outbound tactics to meet pipeline requirements of target accounts. Key responsibilities include: - develop and maintain comprehensive account profiles and target personas - develop and implement target account strategies to support account-based selling - develop and implement (jointly with sales), pipeline generation and acceleration programs for specific, targeted accounts and contacts - create annual and quarterly marketing plans for targeted accounts - work closely with sales (UK, Spain and Italy) to understand their needs and work with Content and Design to create supporting collaterals needed in their sales activities - develop a marketing playbook that can be deployed when new prospects have been added to our key target account list. These include stakeholder mapping, intelligence gathering, targeting and nurturing - develop nurture paths for keeping the client front-of-mind throughout the longer sales cycles - identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes You MUST HAVE - b2b saas marketing experience - a proven track record with creating and implementing multi-channel demand generation programmes and account-based marketing programmes - solid experience creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns using tactics that include events, digital advertising, direct mailing, partners, content, PR and social networking - a track record of developing and managing multiple marketing programmes simultaneously - experience with targeting and segmentation prospect lists for demand gen campaigns - a strong understanding of how to use inbound marketing and content marketing to generate more qualified leads - familiarity with the technical sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth - proven experience in split testing, measuring & optimising performance of marketing campaigns Apply Now!
