As a global provider of professional information and software solutions, our Client services professional accountants and tax advisors - from sole practitioners to most of the UK's top 100 accounting practices.
Essentially they are a Fintech business, employing staff across the globe who love ideas, innovation and creativity.


As Senior Customer Marketing Executive, you will create winning customer campaigns and actively contribute towards the delivery of the UK marketing plan. Key responsibilities include:

- Create and execute customer marketing programs that support adoption, engagement, retention, and advocacy goals
- Build and execute ABM campaigns to grow existing customer accounts
- Develop and manage the customer advocacy program
- Use customer insights, data and analytics to identify the biggest opportunities to grow revenue from existing customers
- Develop campaigns that target customer segments appropriately with tailored propositions to maximise customer engagement and lifetime value
- Nurture existing customers and drive upsell initiatives to increase Average Revenue Per User
- Implement a test and learn process and workflow to constantly optimise customer experience and product adoption, reduce churn rates and increase revenue per customer
- Ensure full tracking and measurement of all initiatives
- Manage monthly customer newsletter
- Develop creative, new ways to tell customer stories beyond blogs and case studies 


- A proven track record of creating and delivering customer marketing campaigns with the objective of driving revenue, customer growth and retention, ideally within a SaaS business
- Be commercially minded and results driven, with the ability to prioritise and focus on the activities that will drive the biggest customer impact
- Hands-on experience building and deploying successful CRM campaigns, from customer segmentation to decision making
- Experience in creating advocacy and ABM programs
- Great written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills demonstrated through experience managing complex campaigns or projects through to delivery, on time and within budget
