New exciting opportunity for a CRM Professional to drive membership of an established consumer loyalty rewards programme
An established global brand loyalty club offering consumers a loyalty reward programme across a variety of partners and products. Flexi working - based Central London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns and member engagement communications across the global CRM function driving customer lifecycle campaigns
You must be comfortable with data-driven communications with customers and interpreting the customer journeys to identify opportunities to enhance that journey via communications.
The primary purpose being to increase membership, engagement and retention:
You will plan, execute and optimise multi-channel communication campaigns; manage a testing program to drive incremental improvement in Active Member and Customer Satisfaction metrics;
By producing persuasive, compelling and on-brand communications you will drive product usage and quality engagement among customers;
You will analyse campaign data, reporting on campaign performance and developing new audience insight to fuel growth and improve satisfaction;
Take responsibility for creating and managing compelling customer communications journeys and collateral linked to data models and/or trigger-based deployment;
And deliver the CRM strategy across multiple touchpoints (email, push, SMS, in-app messaging), and align team / stakeholders;
You will need to demonstrate solid CRM Customer Lifecycle experience in B2C consumer-facing environments/sectors (Retail, Leisure, Travel or Hospitality)
Experience in a high-growth business environment or start-up a plus; Experience in Loyalty would be an advantage.
