Looking for a Senior CRM Executive with professional services experience to join a 60-strong marketing department.
My client are a leading international law firm. They are looking for a Senior CRM Executive to support the firms CRM strategy and help embed a new CRM system.
As Senior CRM Executive you will work closely with key stakeholders and users across the business to improve the effectiveness of our marketing, sales and client management efforts through use of insights, data analytics, dashboards and reporting.
The successful candidate will be a dynamic, friendly and proactive team player with excellent communication and project management skills, who has high standards of excellence and an ability to engage with and gain swift credibility with stakeholders in order to coach and influence behaviour.
- Demonstrable experience and achievement in CRM
- Extensive CRM systems experience (e.g. Salesforce, InterAction or another major CRM platform used in professional services)
- Data management and data analysis skills
- Database and data warehouse knowledge
- Sound understanding of client development and the wider BD/Marketing mix in a professional services environment
