Opportunity for an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join a leading boutique marketing agency based in Richmond.


Our client is an award winning brand response agency working with big brands to creative innovative ideas and retain customers. They work across a variety of diciplines and client sectors delivering multi-channel campaigns from planning through to origination, roll-out and evaluation. Their 4 pillars are Digital, Direct, CRM and data.


This is a great opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join the team and work closely with the Head of Client Services. You'll be given autonomy with your own client accounts and take the lead- a real opportunity to step up and embrace more seniority and responsibility.

The work will be varied and you'll manage clients from a variety of sector including; charity, travel, finance and utilities. You'll manage campaigns from end-to-end working closely with the in-house planners and creatives. Channels covered include: social, CRM/email, digita and direct.

This will be a hands on role exposing you to every aspect of putting a campaign together.


To be considered for this role you'll need to be a fantastic client manager- you'll enjoy building relationships with stakeholders and enjoy being the main point of contact for your clients. You'll have an integrated background and be familiar working on multi-channelled campaigns including email/CRM/acquisition.

You'll be a positive, bubbly and friendly personality that enjoys working in a smaller agency environment. This would suit an AM who is looking for their next step up, or a SAM who is wanting more responsibility and to work more autonomously.

Office is based in Richmond- flexible working offered.
