THE COMPANY

Our client is a top advertising and communications agency founded on the principles of simplicity, collaboration, un-preciousness and integration around ideas rather than channels.

Across their teams they work with a broad spectrum of clients, their work transcending the marketing mix, leading everything from branding, social media or launch campaigns to web builds. This agency is truly integrated, working on some of the best-known campaigns across TV, print, radio and digital.

THE ROLE

This is a varied role where you will be ensuring clients and teams are motivated and aligned. Your role will involve:

- Taking client briefs of any scale, and working swiftly with the team to deliver fully integrated solutions.
- Working with the creative department to keep them abreast of account activity.
- Delivering competitive reviews and analysis to assist in the improvement of end products.
- Working with TV producers, print managers and suppliers to ensure effective delivery of agency output.
- Keeping track of finances in relation to client budgets.
- Managing individual tasks, projects and campaigns whilst taking responsibility for the people in your team.

Due to booming business, there are a number of opportunities across FMGC, retail, and travel at this level.

Hybrid working: 2-3 days in the office (Victoria) and the rest from home.

YOU

As Account Director you'll be a leader, someone who wants to drive culture in an agency, and someone who understands numbers to drive progression within the business. To be successful in the role you must be/have:

- Proven experience working with talent, mentoring and developing them to ensure for team progression.
- A passion for all things creative and advertising.
- The ability to run accounts smoothly, efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.
- Competent at forward planning to maintain good relationships with clients.
- A great understanding of marketing principles and integration.
- Excellent communication skills; both internally and with the client.
