Standalone Marketing Manager with B2B Saas experience required for a high-growth start-up with global client base.


My client are a high growth tech start-up operating in the HR space. They are looking for a Marketing Manager to build a distinctive brand and a scalable model around saas marketing.


As Marketing Manager you will own the marketing function with potential to build a team in the future. You will build marketing capability to support the growth of the company and be data-driven around marketing strategy. You will be comfortable across the marketing mix (strategic and hands-on) with experience of marketing automation using Hubspot or similar. Key areas of responsibility include: - Create a compelling, differentiated & distinctive B2B brand - Direct further development of website - and monitor all website metrics - Influence product development from the point of view of market differentiation - Own pricing strategy - Plan, measure & iterate a marketing strategy that delivers high ROI - Understand the market segments and prioritise for proactive and reactive marketing - Further build the CRM system (Hubspot) including automated workflows - Define marketing metrics, reporting and the way these are tracked efficiently - Build an in-house marketing team - Create a content engine for regular, high quality content - both for influencing potential clients and for the mechanics of SEO - Integrate marketing with sales & customer success You MUST HAVE - experience marketing Saas products to a B2B audience - be comfortable across the mix, both strategic and hands-on - a strategic mindset and ability to bring new ideas to the table - be data-driven around marketing strategy - experience developing a scalable marketing model using marketing automation - experience building a brand Apply now!
