An established global brand loyalty club offering consumers a loyalty reward programme across a variety of partners and products.
As Research & Insight Manager you'll be responsible for designing, delivering, analysing and reporting on a range of qualitative and quantitative projects. You'll be working closely with internal stakeholders and will be analysing and interpreting data and providing engaging, actionable insights to the wider team.
This team loves to experiment in their approach and delivery, and they’re looking for someone who is energized by this. A keen interest in blended research approaches (e.g. qual, quant, mobile, social) is desired. You'll need to be OK with change and have excellent organisational skills to respond to a wide range of requests and challenges.
This role will be perfect for someone who loves getting under the skin of brands to passionately and confidently deliver the latest insight stories.
We're looking for someone with the following profile:-
- numerate and confident with statistics, with experience in research both (ideally) quant and qual research
- comfortable rolling sleeves up to get things done - this organisation runs some research themselves as well as commissioning via agencies
- able to change direction and work on multiple projects across a wide range of topics
- finally someone who is looking for a really varied clientside role and a chance to have an impact.
