Marketing Manager and Executive to drive on and off line traffic via PPC, SEO, email, CRM and Social Media marketing campaigns

THE COMPANY

Our award winning client is one of the largest specialist providers of recruitment and training services to the education sector placing thousands of teachers and support staff in primary, secondary and early years schools through the UK and Wales.
They are looking to make one or two hires at Manager or Executive level.

THE ROLE

The Marketing Manager/Exec will oversee the offline and online marketing plan: driving traffic to the website through PPC, SEO, email, CRM and Social Media as well as directing direct marketing and email marketing campaigns

Wide reaching, the role of Marketing Manager/Exec includes:
- developing the vision and marketing strategy for digital content and campaigns
- overseeing implementation of the plan, delivering value adding lead generating and brand building activity
- use of innovative technologies to present online content
- managing online campaigns to help drive awareness, trial, purchase and retention
- developing content from market research, customer insight, competitor analysis and technological innovation
- working to agreed budgets with approved suppliers
- managing website content, supported with analysis and evaluation

YOU

To be the successful Marketing Manager/Exec, you will have

- proven experience in on and off line marketing and are well versed in integrating the two across campaigns.
- you have set up and managed website content
- you are familiar with email best practice and methods of delivery, tracking and measurement

It goes without saying that you have a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work to tight deadlines.

You will be educated to degree level, or equivalent.
