This is a full-time role (Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm), but as a hybrid working business at least 2 days of these are from our Richmond offices and up to 3 at home.


As Marketing Manager you will be stand-alone, so you will need to be comfortable working autonomously combining strategic marketing activity with hands-on implementation. You will create and implement the marketing plan, playing a pivotal role in ensuring our voice is heard in a ‘noisy’ market, whilst also rolling your sleeves-up and being hands on across the function.

This is a genuinely superb opportunity to join some very special people, influence the business and drive the company’s marketing function forward. As part of this role you will be:

* Developing and implementing the marketing strategy and annual plan to drive brand awareness, lead generation and customer acquisition, engagement and retention
* Developing and executing all digital marketing campaigns (both to existing clients as well as outreach to our ideal new clients) for new business opportunities, through channels including: website, email, social (predominantly LinkedIn), video, paid and organic search
* Devising strategies to drive online traffic/data capture/conversions through the company website and digital assets (including HubSpot and Apollo)
* Creating and implementing lead generation tactics to identify and nurture potential customers
* Planning and developing compelling marketing content, ensuring a scheduled plan of engaging social media content across multiple platforms (predominantly LinkedIn)
* Tracking and analysing KPIs, spend and ROI for all digital advertising across social, PPC and display


You’ll thrive in this role if you have extensive experience in B2B marketing, specifically lead generation, client acquisition, email marketing, content planning and development. You will have proven experience creating and delivering a marketing strategy that has tackled both retention and acquisition of customers, whilst also being comfortable rolling your sleeves up ensuring the operational aspects are covered.

We’re looking for a creative individual who also loves to get into the data and provide insights and recommendations for optimisation. As well as having:
* Developed social media strategy, including managing digital campaigns across paid and owned media (SEO, PPC, Display and social)
* Managed and executed lead generation and retention campaigns (with proven experience using LinkedIn, Apollo and HubSpot for this), measuring results
*Proven knowledge of website analytics tools e.g Google Analytics and possesses strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and interpret marketing data
* Experience with CMS and optimizing web pages
* Proficiency in using broader marketing tools and software including Canva, Google Analytics, MS Office and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
* Strong project management skills and excellent attention to detail – self-motivated and able to multitask
