Marketing Manager with exceptional project management experience needed to run multiple campaigns for a FTSE 250 company


My client is an award-winning FTSE 250 company in the property space with fabulous offices and a people-focused, supportive culture.


This Marketing Manager role is extremely exciting but demanding. As part of a small marketing team you will produce high standard marketing campaigns for projects large and small to assist the letting of vacant space. You will be responsible for running a number of campaigns concurrently so project management and prioritisation to a very high standard are required. Building strong relationships across the company is essential as well as with external suppliers.

Key responsibilities include:
- planning, coordinating, and executing of property marketing campaigns (through digital, email, event, social media and print)
- creating, proof reading and editing copy for various marketing channels
- manage relationships with external designers and suppliers to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing campaigns
- creating and keeping a firm grip on marketing budgets
- attending meetings with agents on particular marketing campaigns
- keeping the corporate website fully up to date with space available and marketing publications


- property marketing experience preferred
- high level of creativity
- firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, best practices, digital, and email marketing
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proactive & able to independently move projects forward
- excellent project management, organisational & prioritisation skills
- experience co-ordinating events
