Looking for a Marketing Coordinator with Food & Beverage or Arts & Culture experience for an East London destination.


Our client is an urban regeneration and property development business.


This is a new role to support the Marketing Manager to drive footfall for F&B owned assets. In addition you will support on leasing and brand marketing activities. Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinate all F&B PR activity via an external agency, including influencer booking and management
- Devise and coordinate a private hire lead generation plan to deliver high quality booking enquiries to the front of house team
- Compile and share email and social media content plans, copy and assets with the Digital Marketing team
- Book and coordinate photoshoots with external photographers as needed
- Commission designers to produce printed assets in line with the campaign plan, including consumables (cups, packaging), venue signage (seasonal updates, vendor changes), campaign or activation assets (posters or flyers for high value events)
- Work with the Marketing Manager to oversee the production of wider site advertising and wayfinding (including A-boards and other vinyls)
- Map out a quarterly plan for live activations and other tenant, resident and local audience events


- Experience in a relevant marketing assistant or coordinator role in Food & Beverage or Arts & Culture
- Events planning and coordination experience
- An understanding of how to push commercial goals forward across organic marketing channels
- Able to clearly and effectively communicate with internal team members and external parties
- Able to work some evenings and weekends to oversee events, as required
