Looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who excels at lead generation and CRO across all channels. Immediate start.

THE COMPANY

My client are a market leader in consumer goods who manufacture their products in the UK! They are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to drive online traffic to the website and day-to-day creation and management of online marketing activity/campaigns - including PPC and retargeting.

THE ROLE

You will be responsible for planning, creating and implementing digital marketing strategies to generate leads across digital channels. Key responsibilities include
- Deliver digital campaign activity to support execution across multiple channels, including affiliates, email, paid media and SEO/PR
- Own the marketing funnel from lead through to conversion
- Develop and optimise the website - through front end development to maximise traffic and ultimately conversions, coupled with project management of back end website developments to deliver the required changes (working with web development resource/agencies as required)
- Work with SEO agency to ensure best in class SEO capabilities
- Develop, enhance and use data driven insight and reporting to drive and track conversions and engagement and ensure that results are measurable
- Grow lead generation by delivery of effective Paid Media activity at the best CPL
- Ongoing website management and working with external agencies to deliver improved customer journeys and UX

YOU

- Commercially astute with an excellent understanding of revenue/margins/budgets and delivery against KPIs/targets
- A self-starter who is confident to take on a lead role in a digital space where there is only a small team, and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution
- A strong grasp of current digital marketing tools and the latest trends/strategies in online marketing and measurement
- Expertise in website management and CRO
- Ability to create digital journeys that deliver against customer pain points
- Thinks 'outside the box' - proposing new ideas and insights which lead to significant business improvement
- Experience of Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be ideal
