Lovely opportunity for an experienced digital marketer with strong CMS and CRM skills - 4 month contract with potential to extend.
THE COMPANYOur client is a world-leading museum, based in the heart of London and attracting thousands of visitors annually.
THE ROLEThe Interim Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the museum's website and email communications, and act as brand guardian for all digital comms.
You will:
- Take ownership of the website, optimising performance and managing developments
- Work closely with Retail and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all websites
- Create, manage and distribute the museum's e-newsletter, implementing new segmentation strategies and ensuring GDPR compliance
- Supporting other teams on CRM best practice and troubleshooting any issues with the email platform (Emarsys)
- Assist with the evaluation and reporting of all digital activity
This role is based in Central London with hybrid working (approx. 2 days per week in the office).
YOUThe successful candidate for this Interim Digital Marketing Manager role will have experience of working in a similar digital marketing role at manager level, and will need to be available to start in early January.
You will also:
- Have a proven track record of delivering successful online marketing campaigns
- Have experience of using Content Management Systems - Drupal knowledge would be ideal
- Be an experienced email marketer with hands on knowledge of email marketing platforms (they use Emarsys)
- Be a competent copywriter, able to craft engaging, accurate and SEO optimised content
- Be a natural collaborator, used to building and managing internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Have good working knowledge of GDPR, web accessibility and other relevant legislation
- Be used to working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
An interest in the cultural/herigate sectors would also be a bonus!
