THE ROLE
As the Head of Web Operations you are the product owner of the website and oversee all web operations. You will
- shape the strategic direction of the web presence and oversee a cutting-edge website tech stack
- wield your deep understanding of technology and deliver an industry leading website experience with the customer at its centre 
- drive your teams in delivering an unparalleled customer experience that is set to transform the education industry
- work with stakeholders from across the organisation and drive improvements 
- be able to translate complex technical concepts into plain English
- have a seat in the leadership team


YOU
As the successful candidate for the job of Head of Web Operations you have 
- significant experience of working at a senior level in a large and complex organisation
- a successful track record and in-depth understanding of product ownership of website tech stacks and app delivery
- extensive experience of driving tech teams towards customer-centricity and exceptional delivery
- demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and the ability to translate technical concepts into plain English

You must have native-level English skills and the right to work in the UK.
