THE COMPANY

Our client are an artisan bakery who were founded in 2005, and now have 74 bakeries across London and the South. They believe in using the best ingredients to bake good food that people love, and create bakeries that people want to keep coming back to!


THE ROLE

In this brand new role, as Head of Digital Marketing you will be at the forefront of transforming this neighbourhood bakery business into one of the most customer-centric and digitally empowered businesses in any industry, anywhere.

You will:
- Design and drive a digital marketing strategy to achieve clear KPIs
- Evaluate the customer journey across all digital touch points
- Own, innovate and lead the eCRM strategy and roadmap
- Work with internal teams to drive awareness, adoption and engagement around digital marketing tools
- Implement a rigourous test and learn programme
- Lead the transformation of the ecommerce site to deliver a best in class digital experience
- Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure technology investments are being optimised
- Manage and develop the Digital Marketing Manager

YOU

To be successful in this Head of Digital Marketing role you will need to be a data-driven, commercially astute, experienced leader with exceptional project management and collaborative skills. You will also have:

- 8 years + experience in a similar role within a retail business
- Proven track record of delivering digital marketing projects
- Hands on experience of leading and implementing eCRM programmes
- Substantial experience of implementing digital strategies across the full marketing mix
- Experience managing financial budgets
