Are you a senior brand marketeer with experience of leading large teams on strategy & multi channels campaign delivery?
This worldwide organisation is the leading UK charity for girls and young women with almost a million supporters. The aim of the organisation is to instill confidence, life skills and a positive contribution to the community.
In the role of Head of Brand Marketing & Communications, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver multi channel campaigns aimed at:
- maintaining and growing membership for the organisation
- external marketing, driving income via trading channels
- brand, identity, messaging and positioning
- audience engagement
- internal communications
You will lead on all strategic development - looking at everything from income via trading channels from merchandising and uniforms to brand and identiy as well as optimising digital channels for fundraising campaigns. A digital transformation project will also be a key project deliverable.
A big part of the role will focus on looking at members - the identity of the organisation and what it means to them as well as future proofing it for future generations.
You will be responsible for a large team of over 20 so much have exceptional line management skills and really enjoy this aspect of the role.
In the role of Head of Brand Marketing & Communications, you will need to have experience of:
= leading a large team of over 10 people
= managing and developing integrated comms strategies
= planning and delivering digital transformation across UX, content, analytics etc
= developing annual strategies across multi channel formats
= managing budgets of over £300k
= working with a large matrix organisations with multiple stakeholders both internal and external
You must also have a degree or equivalent qualification.
