Our client is a publicly listed healthcare company focused on developing and commercialising innovative products for patients and consumers in a specialised field. They are on a growth trajectory, having commercialised their first product in key markets, and are now preparing new products for market entry. You would join an international team and be relied upon to deliver consistent results to tight deadlines.


Leading a small team, the Head of Brand drives brand-specific positioning, marketing and engagement projects globally.

Commercially (ROI) focused, the Head of Brand is responsible for establishing, maintaining and improving infrastructure for brand and sales campaigns,both on and offline (including ecommerce).

The Head of Brand will identify opportunities to build profiles in and identify and build target audiences for existing and new brands, including driving audience engagement.

The Head of Brand is expected to champion the use of data to improve and drive decision making in both building campaigns and evaluating their performance.


As the successful Head of Brand will have proven experience in leading teams to develop core marketing activities, ideally with complex products across multiple regions. If you have worked in consumer healthcare, or perhaps luxury or fashion, this would be preferred but is not essential.

You have a strong understanding of online retail/ecommerce and targeted adverting/campaigns across digital platforms.

Your entrepreneurial mindset is acknowledged, alongside your ability to work seamlessly remotely or locally, autonomously and also collaboratively as appropriate.
