A high growth consumer insurance company are looking for a well-rounded Marketing Manager to join their London office.
An international business who are transforming the mobile phone insurance industry with their consumer centric approach and 99% claim approval rate. The organisation is non-hierarchical and very hands-on, working collaboratively, cross-functionally and internationally. The business is expanding and needs committed people to join their team.
In the role of German Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of integrated channel and partner programmes to a national and German/Nordic market.
You'll work closely with every function in the business, including senior management so excellent stakeholder management experience is key.
You will work with the marketing team to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives across on and offline channels - digital, content, toolkits, case studies, POS, merchandise, collateral and print adapting campaigns for the German and Nordic markets.
You will work with and oversee a team of creative designers and freelancers to ensure the sales and marketing materials they produce meet the highest quality standards. Materials to quality-check include presentations, videos, merchandising materials and sales tools.
Help create a range of marketing materials and design assets such as presentations, case studies, design assets and preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents
THIS ROLE IS HOME BASED FOR NOW BUT WHEN OFFICE BASED WORKING RESUMES (ACCORDING TO GOVT GUIDELINES, YOU WILL NEED TO BE ABLE TO COMMUTE TO CENTRAL LONDON.
In order to be considered for the role of German Marketing Manager, you will need:
- to be fluent in German
- to have at least 5 years experience in integrated marketing roles and have a proven background in planning and delivering campaigns
- to have experience in working in channel/partner programmes
- experience in managing agencies, designers, copywriters and other suppliers
- to be educated to a degree or equivalent level
