They work in a collaborative, relaxed, grown up environment and are keen to meet likewise commercially driven candidates to join them and build the team.

THE ROLE

The Director of Performance Marketing will lead demand generation and digital marketing efforts.

The role will be responsible for driving digital customer acquisition and growth efforts by creating outbound strategies, launching and managing campaigns, optimising owned assets, and using analytics to measure, refine and optimise performance.

The Director of Performance Marketing will have a significant impact at a fast-growing proptech company, building and optimising a scalable demand generation playbook to drive a pipeline of qualified leads, owning the strategy to boost marketing-driven revenue for the business.

YOU

To be the successful Director of Performance Marketing you must have significant experience in B2B, ideally with a fast growing tech organisation. If you have a property tech background so much the better. You're data savvy and well versed with cutting edge marketing and advertising approaches.

Alongside this:
- You are an experienced in performance marketing, comfortable managing a demand generation and/or digital marketing team
- You have excellent understanding of Pardot and Salesforce
- You have a working knowledge of inbound marketing: email, SEO, SEM, programmatic media, etc.
- You have top notch project management skills and the ability to build and improve processes
- You are passionate about driving ideas through insights.

This is a fast moving business and you must be able to show your ability to thrive in such an environment, readily adapting to continually changing priorities, nuanced feedback and project timeframes.
