THE ROLE

As the Director of Marketing your role plays a pivotal part in the success of the business across multiple clients and countries.
The Director of Marketing's B2B enterprise SaaS experience is vital in creating the marketing strategy and communicating this globally.
communicated globally. The Director of Marketing is responsible for managing and executing all the marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department and overseeing marketing activities campaigns that ultimately drive sales results.

This wide reaching role is accountable for all aspects of Marketing including but not limited to:

-working directly with the CEO and senior stakeholders to create and driving the marketing strategy and vision, including the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy
- accountability for building personas, developing competitor and market understanding to inform commercial activities including product development, pricing strategies and marketing tactics.
- develop product positioning and messaging
- sales enablement and demand generation, supporting global, regional and industry sales teams. using the full marketing mix of tactics with the creation of multi-channel campaigns (social, SEO, PPC and email)
- taking a digital first approach to plan and manage the company's web and digital strategy, advise on analytics and metrics across all platforms, testing, evolving and improving.
- Brand management to ensure optimum awareness and engagement through the customer journey, with investors, media and other third parties


YOU

To be the successful Director of Marketing for this high achieving, high reaching scale up business you MUST have solid B2B enterprise SaaS with a genuine enthusiasm around complex tech.

It goes without saying you have demonstrable experience in GTM, digital, demand generation and all the facets that create a strong, rounded commercially savvy marketer. Your demand generation skills, ideally through ABM are second to none.

You're not a dyed in the wool, corporate marketer but instead bring start up/scale up flair, self sufficiency, accountability - and old fashioned honesty, not afraid to challenge and be challenged!

You're a proactive leader, collaborative and creative

Offering a hybrid working environment, with 2dpw in the London office, this role will also attract a certain amount of international travel although this is not particularly arduous.
