THE ROLE

The Digital Marketing Manager will manage B2C digital marketing campaigns which drive mobile app downloads and eCommerce growth.

You will:
- Deliver and evolve the always-on activity for digital marketing channels, including but not limited to PPC, affiliates, programmatic and app
- Be integral to campaign activity, from ideation right through to delivery, analysis and reporting
- Work closely with the wider marketing team and internal stakeholders, as well as external agencies and partners to ensure channels and campaigns are optimised
- Ensure that campaigns are integrated across all touchpoints

This role is based in Southampton, working on a very flexible hybrid basis, with 2-3 days per month in the office.

YOU

The successful candidate for this Digital Marketing Manager role will be an experienced, data driven and ambitious digital marketer, who ideally loves the outdoors!

You will have:
- Strong experience in performance marketing, having undertaken digital campaigns, ideally in an eCommerce and/or app context
- Demonstrable examples of profitable paid user acquisition
- Strong experience running paid campaigns, especially Google App Campaigns, Apple Search, Affiliates and Programmatic
- A strong understanding of digital tools, analytics and tracking technologies
- Experience working with marketing attribution models
- A balance of creative and analytical thinking
