Looking for a hands-on digital marketer with strong paid social to promote one of London's most exciting neighbourhoods.

THE COMPANY

Our client is a large property investment and development company based in North West London.


THE ROLE

Key responsibilities include:

- Plan and deliver digital marketing strategy to drive perception change, secure footfall to events, retail and F&B and support residential leasing
- Manage external agencies to test and scale digital campaigns and channels quickly and efficiently, to build the brand and drive first-party data, email leads and residential enquiries
- Manage website infrastructure and other digital properties, improving UX, data capture, conversion, conducting reviews, making recommendations for improvements based on data analysis
- Develop social media strategy and subsequent rollout plan across key social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) evaluating opportunities to expand the current channel mix
- Support top-of-funnel and inbound acquisition strategy through paid channels, including paid social, search, native and display; partner with agencies as needed
- Oversee campaign testing and website conversion optimisation including test plans, optimisation of landing pages and lead forms to improve conversions and drive down CPR
- Lead the development and execution of SEO roadmap and corresponding content strategy, to grow quality web traffic and conversions from organic search
- Develop drip campaign strategy, managing build workflows and lead nurturing programmes
- Develop CRM strategy to convert, retain and grow users
- Manage new lead acquisition programme for area-wide retail loyalty scheme

YOU

- Digital experience in retail, residential real estate or destination marketing. Client or agency-side
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Facebook Business Suite. Knowledge of Google Data Studio and SEM Rush beneficial
- Advanced knowledge of SEO, with results to show in previous roles
- Experience of working with and developing Email Automation and CRM strategies with a good understanding of relevant technology
- Knowledge and experience of other tools that can support marketing e.g., social listening tools
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for accuracy
