Digital Marketing Campaign Manager to join this independent British Lifestyle high st store with extensive ecomms shop

THE COMPANY

An independent British lifestyle store, selling a diverse range of product lines from gifting to fashion & homeware.

THE ROLE

As the Digital Marketing Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for defining, leading and delivering on the digital marketing campaign plan across all key channels.

In your role, you will lead on the planning and execution of campaigns, creating compelling content and digital journeys to engage, excite and retain the existing customer.

This is a very fast paced and creative environment, where you will need strong self-awareness, excellent organisational skills and the ability to influence and inspire others.

You will line manage a Digital Marketing Executive and work with all digital customer channels, including CRM email, content, social, paid, affiliates and PR.

YOU

You must have Retail Sector experience B2C and be able to demonstrate the following set of skills & experience

Proven experience in Digital Marketing and building coordinated omnichannel marketing campaigns
People management experience
Experience in managing affiliate programmes
Demonstrative ability to grow affiliates using networks and direct relationships, ensuring all potential campaigns meet brand guidelines and commercial criteria
Thorough understanding of digital marketing channels and metrics and examples of where insights have created successful results
An excellent understanding of ecommerce, digital marketing and customer experience
