Database Manager

Salary: £44,000 - £50,000 per annum Location: South East England,Buckinghamshire Job Type: Freelance

THE COMPANY
The interim Database Manager role is key to this 60 year old health related charity; it has been supporting sufferers and their families with specific dietary needs helping to fund research and provide guidance to its members and retail partners.

THE ROLE
Sitting across all the charity's Directorate, this role will manage and maintain all the data and lead and support in delivering existing projects, charity-wide. The use CRM system WorkBooks so that or similar experience is required.

The role will see you working with external consultants and suppliers to ensure all activity is accurate, of high quality and fully documented. There is support from the Database Officer for the day day activities.

Additional duties will include:
- import and export data files
- offer technical expertise and training
- streamline business processes including design and implementing new processes
- develop a training programme and user manual for internal staff/induction tool for all new staff
- ensure quality control practices are compliant with key legislation


YOU
To apply for the role you will need to have clear evidence of:
excellent experience of managing and administering MRM or CRM databases – entry, segmentation and reporting. WorkBooks preferable.
excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Excel for data manipulation
Projects delivered on time and to budget
Ability to time manage and prioritise tasks for self and the team to meet deadlines, across a number of concurrent project
Right to work fulltime in the UK
