Are you a CRM Manager with experience in CRM multi-channel strategies in Retail?
This well known brand, which owns 3 of the UK's best loved high street chains, is at the top of it's game.
I'm seeking a results focussed, CRM Manager to partner with Retail, IT, UX, Digital, Online Trading and the Marketing teams.
Responsible for the customer data multichannel, you'll develop and execute a successful CRM strategy to secure and retain target audiences through delivering outstanding digital campaigns.
Additionally, you'll own the overall customer segmentation, campaign process and execution standards for the email channel.
Leading an engaged small team, you'll have responsibility for customer database segmentation, contact strategies, increasing engagement and ultimately, customer lifetime value!
You must have Retail - Ecommerce experience to be considered for this role.
In addition you must have:
Demonstrable CRM management experience with a track record of successfully developing and executing CRM multi-channel strategies within Retail
Proven ability to develop CRM goals and objectives, substantial applied knowledge of campaign management, database and email marketing and applied knowledge of incentives in CRM for loyalty or retention programmes
Experience of working with a single customer view desirable
Demonstrable understanding of HTML (ability to understand where changes need to be made), a good working knowledge of Jinja code, Oracle and Exponea highly desirable
Advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical skills with demonstrable experience of drawing insights from large data sets to inform strategy
Experience of devising and implementing a successful CRM strategy
Demonstrable and substantial knowledge of data targeting segmentation and analysis
Proven ability to lead and develop a small engaged team
Demonstrable project management skills
