THE ROLE

As CRM Manager you will be responsible for: - defining and delivering the CRM Strategy to improve retention and cross-sell revenue - executing effective customer marketing activities via email & push - working closely with the retained CRM agency to develop contact strategies for each customer segment - developing effective automated lifecycle marketing tactics - developing insightful and actionable post campaign reporting - working and managing key agency and partner relationships

YOU

To be successful in this role as CRM Manager, you must have: - previous experience leading and developing CRM strategy - proven technical and project management experience in delivering CRM marketing campaigns - a solid working knowledge of CRM reporting and analysis - experience with B2C consumer business ideally within an e-commerce environment - B2B CRM experience would also be a plus but is not essential If this role sounds like it's for you then apply today!
