Looking for a CRM professional to promote this Loyalty Club on a global level


An established global brand loyalty club offering consumers a loyalty reward programme across a variety of partners and products. Flexi working - based Central London. Great Co benefits.


The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns and member engagement communications across a global CRM function for a specific set of our consumers.

You will support the Head of Member Engagement in creating and leading the execution of the strategic CRM plan to deliver on the ambition to “build rewarding relationships”

You will plan, build, execute and optimise multi-channel communication campaigns; primarily email, manage a testing program to drive incremental improvement in Active Member and Customer Satisfaction metrics;

You will be tasked with establishing a relationship with all our Members from the very beginning, providing them regular and relevant information to inspire them, encourage them to earn Loyalty Points and to help them redeem these miles on great treats and rewards for themselves.

You will deliver the CRM strategy across multiple touchpoints (email, push, SMS, in-app messaging), and align team / stakeholders; whilst whilst working across the business teams in Data, Product, Service Support, Research & Insight specialists to develop your understanding of the drivers of engagement and retention, using this to inform via campaigns


You need to demonstrate a solid track record in a consumer facing CRM role - ideally in the Travel, Leisure or Hospitality sectors

International/global experience would be nice but not essential
