Our client is a Digital Marketing Agency, working with ambitious companies to help grow & scale their businesses. Their Digital Marketing services blend strategic SEO & value driven Content Marketing, ROI increasing Paid Advertising & CRO to increase traffic, leads and skyrocket sales.

THE ROLE
This Business Development Executive role presents an outstanding opportunity to drive new business opportunities by selling their core Digital PR services and campaigns, specifically to ambitious brands looking to scale. 

You will work across a broad spectrum of brands and SMEs in various industries.

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and engage with potential clients across London, Surrey, and Southeast England
  • Qualify inbound leads, ensuring a smooth journey through the sales pipeline
  • Make outbound calls and follow up on leads, ensuring consistent engagement
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic prospecting, relationship building, and closing deals
Salary £30k-£40k per annum (£50k OTE)

The office is based in Surbiton, working 2 days in office and 3 remote and the agency offers some fab benefits including fast career progression and personal development, company performance related bonus scheme as well as lots of fun socials and generous holiday allowance!

YOU
To be successful in this role, you'll have 3 years+ experience in a Business Development/Sales role, preferably in digital marketing, or a proven track record of selling high-ticket products in the B2B space.

Comprehensive understanding of how SEO integrates with Digital PR to amplify digital presence and outcomes for various industries. You'll have proven experience in project managing sales projects end to end and have excellent time management skills.

Our client is a small boutique agency, so you'll have exposure across the whole agency and this role will lend itself to someone who is naturally a team player, critical thinker and solid communicator.
