Business development consultant required to join a well respected boutique research consultancy.

THE COMPANY

This is a boutique research consultancy that creates bespoke methodologies to research and resolve client's strategic business problems.  By using their unrivalled expert network, the team can research and deliver exclusive insights not available in the public domain.   As a result this consultancy is trusted by globally recognised companies, from fast-scaling start-ups to FTSE 100 firms and top-tier strategy consultancies.

THE ROLE

As business development consultant, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities from both existing and potential clients.  You'll be a key contact point within the consultancy, nurture client relationships, address their needs and ultimately drive revenue.

More specifically you'll get involved in:-

- generating and pursuing new business opportunities
- drafting, refining and delivering high impact proposals
- provide clear briefings to colleagues to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables
- work closely with product teams to enhance sales strategies and optimise product offerings
- develop and implement best practices and processes in collaboration with colleagues
- represent the company at industry events

YOU

We're looking for someone with the following profile:-

- proven sales track record in a consulting capacity
- previous experience in a research/strategy consultancy or research agency
- experience in leveraging business intelligence and internal CRM platforms
- experience in drafting proposals. 

You must have native-level English skills and the Right to Work in the UK.
