B2b Digital Lead needed for innovative company. Based in Norfolk but you can work elsewhere with travel to Norfolk.


Our client is a highly innovative B2b water technology company. Highly successful, they are looking for a Digital Project Lead to work with the Digital Marketing Manager to deliver a range of activity including a re-platforming of the website and sales team support, to further boost demand generation.


Supporting the Digital Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing, this is a very broad B2b role in which you will:
- manage the marketing agency on digital campaign activity across multiple channels, including trade partners, email, paid media, social media, SEO and PR
- maintain and update the company websites, both content and ecommerce areas, and project manage front and back-end web developments in conjunction with agency/developers
- make recommendations to improve and optimise the customer journey and user experience of the company websites, and ultimately maximise conversions
- drive data insight and reporting to track conversions and ensure results are measurable
- activate digital projects to drive lead generation and marketing qualified leads
- generate content for websites, campaigns and customer comms
- manage other marketing projects including product launches and events


The successful B2b Digital Marketing Project Lead:
- solid experience in a B2b digital marketing role and of leading integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution
- expertise using Google Analytics and metrics to monitor campaign performance across PPC, Social, SEO, Email and YouTube
- experience using Saleforce and Pardot is desirable but not essential
- website management and online Content Management Systems, HTML
- agency and budget management
- experience writing engaging and accurate copy for a range of digital platforms
