This agency designs bespoke CX trackers and tracking systems that enable clients to grow customer value. The systems demonstrate, predict and improve how brands deliver on what really matters to their customers by providing real time feedback across key customer journeys and touchpoints.

They are looking for someone who understands deep analysis of survey and operational data, someone who has used data and analysis techniques within a customer experience (CX) or wider research context, ideally within customer satisfaction or NPS tracking projects.

The role requires you to be technically minded and experienced in different analytical techniques but with the ability to influence and guide clients - it's almost a client-facing analyst role that involves project management and presenting findings to clients.

In this varied and key role, you'll be responsible for:
- analysis: using multiple data sources to identify opportunities to improve customer experience
- project management: creating and managing project plans, organising internal resource, status reporting and client liaison
- insight delivery: developing story-led ouputs that reflect the client's business activities
- relationship building: establising yourself as a key trusted advisor to the client - helping them identify and prioritise CX improvements and ensuring that insights are acted upon
- leadership: supporting and mentoring the team


We'd love to hear from you if you are/have:
- proven experience working in market research and data analytics, most likely agency side
- a demonstrable background in working with CX trackers and, ideally, NPS tracking projects
- experience of pre/post or test/control analysis and their use in quantifying the impact of customer initiatives (eg advertising and marcoms) on NPS and other metrics
- experience of translating findings in to clear and compelling stories for the client
- great people and communications skills: this is a client facing role so the ability to present findings to the client in an engaging way is a must!
- experience in forecasting and predictive modelling
- strong understanding of statistical packages such as SPSS and Q Research
- excellent Excel skills (comfortable with pivot tables, nested formulas etc
- strong understanding of driver analysis/regression including bi-variate and multi-variate analysis techniques (eg Ridge Recession, Shapley)
