Our client are an artisan bakery who were founded in 2005, and now have 74 bakeries across London and the South. They believe in using the best ingredients to bake good food that people love, and create bakeries that people want to keep coming back to!


Our client are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to join their growing marketing team, who will be responsible for executing the annual marketing plan, brand development and brand awareness activities.

You will:
- Execute brand/seasonal campaigns, from planning through to implementation and reporting
- Lead on internal implementation of marketing activities, internal comms and POS distribution processes
- Create and post engaging paid and organic social media content
- Build and cultivate creator and influencer relationships
- Manage relationship with POS print and distribution company
- Support the Marketing Manager on all digital marketing activities


In order to be successful in this role you will need to be a creative marketer with first class organisational and communication skills. You will also need to have:

- 3+ years retail marketing experience
- Experience managing campaigns across multiple channels
- Experience of managing external stakeholder and agency relationships
- Experience of working with influencers
- Social media expertise - with experience of running both paid and organic campaigns
