Amazing opportunity to join a branding and design agency and be exposed to all aspects of creative and strategy.
Our client is an award-winning, independent brand and design agency working with FTSE 50 companies to start-ups. They partner with their clients to help them define a strategy, design identity and then roll that out across the marketing mix. Clients come from all sectors and the team have created a truly collaborative and fun environment for people to work in.
Amazing opportunity for an ambitious, bright and curious minded account handler who wants to work at a small agency but have big responsibilities as well as learning and development investment.
This agency take their work seriously (which is super high calibre) but don't take themselves seriously! They're a fab bunch; down to earth, fun, sense of humour and family orientated with a really flexible attitude towards working hours.
The work is focused on branding, strategy, design and concept/identity; as well as the roll out which could be across experiential, activations, on and offline campaigns. You'd work with giant corporates but also smaller NFP- and everything in between. Typically an Account Manager would work on 2-3 client accounts at any given time and be given loads of autonomy and exposure to the creative and strategic process- really giving you the opportunity to be part of that.
Working closely with a SAM and an AD, you'll manage creative and strategic output and print production as well as working with a digital strategist to run campaigns. You'll also manage some web design/build campaigns from start to finish. They'll be experiential and activation too. Some copywriting and getting involved in brand creation. Varied and broad- you won't be bored.
This will suit someone who enjoys being agile and working in a fluid way. It's an entrepreneurial environment (that doesn't mean it's chaotic- far from it) which means your opinion will be listened to and your pro-activity and initiative will be rewarded.
You'll need to be highly organised, a great communicator/writer and have a sense of humour!
2-3 years in a marketing agency will be important as well as solid knowledge of the marketing mix.
There are discretionary annual bonues as well as commission incentives for bringing in new work (but this isn't the focus of your role).
Office is based in Oval- flexible working on offer; 3 days in office, 2 from home.
