Fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager to join multi-award winning, independent media agency in London!


Our client is an award-winning, independent media agency based in London. They started out working with not-for-profit clients and have maintained this loyal pool, whilst expanding into FMCG, Auto, Hospitality and more.

At the core, they are a media agency, but specialise in strategy, consultancy, and data analytics.

They are a super sociable bunch of around 100, that are at the heart of the company and everything they do - everyone is encouraged to share ideas and teams work collaboratively with each other to service their clients.


As an Account Manager, you will be an integral part of the team - reporting into the Account Director and working with your surrounding team, you will collaborate to achieve clients' media plans.

You will be helping to provide direction to a mixture of clients. Initially, this role will be working on charity clients, but later this year, that will expand into consumer brands. The role is a brand new position that has been created due to agency growth and this particular team has a brilliant growth trajectory, so there is lots of room for personal development and growth.

You’ll be taking briefs, dissecting them and understanding the media direction they should be going in. You’ll be working closely with the insights, strategy, digital and AV teams to provide strategic guidance to your clients.

There are established team members within the team that will be there to support and the Client Services lead is equally supportive and fun, so you’re in good hands!

HYBRID WORKING: Central London (8 days per month in the office).


To be a successful Account Manager within this role you will need have experience working on direct media ideally within not-for-profit, but also open to other sectors. This could be from an agency environment or from within a charity.

As well as being a team player, you will need to be confident coordinating different teams and enjoy spinning a few plates.

We are looking for candidates with:

- Experience using TGI/Touchpoints, Google Analytics and Media Explorer. DDS, Mediatel, YouGov and AdDynamix/Ad Intel are all beneficial.

- UK market media planning experience across the whole media mix.

- Strong understanding of media terminology and concepts.

- A good understand of data
