THE COMPANY
A cloud based platform offering schools and parents a one stop solution for everything from communication and admissions to attendance and academic reporting.

THE ROLE
As Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for planning and delivering an integrated ABM strategy aimed at independent schools, driving awareness and engagement as well as conversion.

This is a hands on, autonomous role where you'll plan, deliver and continuously optimise on and offline campaigns from webinars and collateral to CRM and SEO.  You'll work closely with an Account Executive and Customer Success team to turn a clear target market into engaged accounts, qualified meetings and pipeline.

Day to day you could be doing any and all of the following:
  • Run account-based marketing: Build the target account list with an Account Executive and create campaigns across email, LinkedIn, direct mail and personal outreach for heads, bursars and admissions leads
  • Improve search visibility: Own SEO and AEO to ensure schools can identify the brand and run focused paid search campaigns targeting high-intent terms.
  • Bring expertise to life: Turn research into reports, webinars and articles into compelling case studies
  • Build industry relationships: Manage attendance at two to three Canadian conferences each year and develop relationships with school associations.
  • Support sales: Create outreach emails, battlecards, demo narratives and proposal materials that help the Account Executive convert leads
  • Own HubSpot and website conversion: Manage workflows, nurture sequences, lead scoring, reporting and conversion paths.
  • Measure what matters: Report monthly on account engagement, meetings booked and pipeline created, then use the results to improve the plan.
YOU
The successful candidate MUST have experience in the ed tech sector from either the UK or Canada.  The following skills and experience is also key:
