ABOUT THE ROLE
The Digital Officer will provide practical hands-on digital support across the Charity's core platforms, products and services. More specifically you'll be responsible for:-
- supporting the day to day maintenance of the charity's website, including content updates, page building, link checking etc
- providing hands on support for a new digital tool helping to keep content, resources, user journeys and product information accurate and up to date
- supporting the build, maintenance and testing of digital fundraising journeys
- supporting website content updates
- carrying out the monthly SEO and AEO optimisation cycle
- building, testing and scheduling email campaigns briefed by the Senior Digital Marketing Manager
- collating digital performance data from relevant platforms
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for someone with the following profile:-
- experience in a digital, website, content, marketing or digital support role
- good working knowledge of CMS platforms
- good understanding of website content, accessibility and user experience principles
- working knowledge of SEO and an interest in AEO
- experience supporting email marketing activity or using email platforms such as Mailchimp
- a positive, enthusiastic and 'can-do' approach
