I manage our team of five consultants who handle roles in agencies, keeping abreast of all disciplines including integrated, digital, advertising, market research, CRM, PR and content. I also have specific responsibility for recruiting for design agencies and brand consultancies. I work Tuesdays to Fridays in a job share with Kate Barlow.
I went on to work at Publicis and DDB and campaigns I managed ranged from Vidal Sassoon’s sponsorship of London Fashion Week, to government campaigns to help Britain’s poorest pensioners. I moved over to brand consultancy in 2000, as a client director at Interbrand, where I led large scale corporate branding projects, for clients as diverse as a Russian investment bank, a Belgian mining company, and Beefeater Restaurants. I joined Stopgap in 2005 to develop the design & branding sector here and now manage the whole agency team. I love the spark, energy and creativity of the people in the design world so it’s a joy to meet fresh talent every day. I have a particular interest in coaching.
I think musical theatre makes the world a better place. I am surprisingly knowledgeable about superheroes. In my free time, you’ll find me exploring the Surrey Hills with my Tibetan Terrier, Lola, cooking mountains of food to feed a house full of boys, and posting my recipes on my family food blog.
I've spent half of my career at Stopgap and still get a buzz from placing the perfect person in their dream job!
I was also a child actress, however, as my acting career peaked by the age of 10, I now settle for being a licensed chaperone, and look after performing children backstage.
Eloise, I wanted to say thank you - you are very easy to talk to and seem very rofessional and well organised. I don't think we should take these things for granted so I prefer to tell people when I appreciate them for something. No wonder the big brands work with you!
